Email is our preferred contact method and the quickest way to get a full answer — you can attach photos, and we have your order details to hand when we reply. Messages that arrive at a weekend are answered on the next business day.

When you write, please include

  • Your order number for anything about an existing order.
  • Photos if an item has arrived damaged or is not working as it should.
  • The product name if you have a question before buying.

Returns and claims
